Update your live location, add photos, and manage the K&T Adventures site from the road.
Sign in with Google to pull live stats from GA4 — users, page views, top pages, and devices.
Auth lives in this tab only — nothing is stored.

Do this once and you're done. Takes about 5 minutes.
Go to sheets.google.com → click the big + button to create a new sheet. Name it "KT Adventures Trip".
In the first sheet tab (rename it to Status), set up these columns:

Add a second tab, rename it Photos, and set up these columns:

In Google Sheets: File → Share → Publish to web → Publish entire document as CSV → click Publish.
/d/ and /edit.Tell Claude: "Add my Google Sheet ID [YOUR-ID] to all pages" and it handles the rest. Then push to GitHub.
Once the sheet is set up, updating your location takes 30 seconds.
Bookmark the sheet link above. Or open Google Sheets app → find "KT Adventures Trip".
Change the StopID to your current location (e.g., flagstaff → zion). Optionally update the note in B2.
The site updates automatically — visitors see your new location pin immediately.
The easiest way to add photos — using Google Drive from your iPhone.
Download the free Google Drive app. Sign in with your Google account.
Open Drive → tap + → New Folder → name it "KT Adventures 2026 Photos".
In Drive → open your folder → tap + → Upload → choose from Photos. Then tap the 3 dots → "Share" → "Copy link".

New row: StopID · direct image URL · caption · date. Photo appears on site immediately!
When sharing a photo in Google Drive, make sure permission is set to "Anyone with the link" — otherwise the photo shows as broken on the site.
Site is live on Vercel — auto-deploys on every push to GitHub.
Claude edits files in your local kt-adventures folder. Commit and push in GitHub Desktop — Vercel picks it up automatically in ~30 seconds.
Go to vercel.com/dashboard to view deployments, check build logs, or update settings.
Vercel dashboard → project → Settings → Domains → add your domain. Vercel handles the SSL cert automatically.
